Updated portfolio,

Updated portfolio,

Some of my files were unable to open due to the software being different to the software in the other studio. I went to the bubble but they said I would have to open it in the right software, which I can't do at the moment.
Unfortunately some of the images aren't good quality but I have the structure and briefs I want to include in it set. I also updated the cover to have my logo on it as opposed to my old, handwritten information.

Proposal form for end of year show

I'm struggling with what I can put on my boards for the end of year show.
I know I want to include my roll magazines, however I am restricted as to how big I can have them seeing as the images I have used, although large, won't stretch too big.

If I were to have wall space, although I think I want to have boards.

Testing out with my new branding, think it's a bit dull

having an illustration interact with the two boards??

SOMETHING BOLD AND BRIGHT??

I did a cover recently for my website, I like how it turned out and maybe want to use it for my boards.
Because I can make it into a vector it can stretch quite large, it's also nice and bright for impact.

THIS IS MY PROPOSAL... for now.

BRANDING myself...

I actually don't mind this branding for myself... :)

Re-working website,

I decided to simplify my website a bit, however I still wanted to include the handwritten element, to add a personal touch. I have included it into a logo that I positioned in the top right (bit of coding skills). And the first page, is my statement handwritten.

Business card, new thoughts,

I spoke to Craig about issues regarding my design direction, during FMP and after the course.

I also spoke briefly about my business cards, he said he liked the handwritten element, and thought it could perhaps be carried across both sides:

He also said how I could change it to 'Art Director' as I didn't want to label myself purely as a graphic designer, I'm not sure yet.
WEBSITE (further development)

I have a cargo website, and I have updated some projects and also change the layout etc... however apparently I have reached my limit for uploading images. It's £60 a year to run cargo with the upgraded elements, either this or I create my own website from another domain setup?

Portfolio prep,

I have a portfolio that I produced over the summer that I used to take to my meeting with Empire Design, however... I left it at home. I see this as a chance to make it better, so I have strung together a portfolio with some of  my new projects. I want to include the briefs I will produce over FMP as I feel these may be far more directed towards my own, personal preference.

Business cards,

I wanted to incorporate a handwritten effect to personalise the cards, I also thought that they would look a little different to just using computerised type. Little risky but I think it works,

Variations:

I decided to go with a handwritten front, for my name and then type on the back:
