I have used a slightly modified A4 format:
297mmX170mm, considering the folds I have developed this grid.

The large paragraph featured in the leaflet was a description of the artworks I got from her website. However I have come up with other short paragraphs to describe the exhibition and that can be in the leaflet.
The images that are also used were used for the promotional poster as well. I have used the grid to help divide the images further, where the split is in the image, is also defined through the fold in the leaflet.
At the moment, this is the leaflet design and mock up photographs:
I wanted to incorporate the split effect within the type as well. The large column on the left is left aligned, as appose to the right aligned text featured in the smaller paragraphs.
Seeing as the exhibition is free admission, I wont be designing tickets, however I am going to design stickers that can be bought with a small donation.
