poetry publication, starting to wrap it all up,

Spoke to Lorenzo about finalising deliverables for my poetry publication brief. I am producing 4 publication covers. The love edition will be a complete pack:
- 10 poems
- fold out poster
- bio page

The other 3 will have:
- covers designed
- 3 poems each
- fold out poster for each
- bio page each

Lorenzo also discussed how the briefs needs to have more of a context. Originally I wanted the publications to be sold in book stores, so I have decided to pair up with Waterstones. I will produce:

- promotional poster for waterstones (love edition)
- banner for within store
- in store design
- website

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Covers, with a slightly different layout. Originally I had the slanted type on the back, with short biographies of the featured poets. However, since I am having a bio page within the publication I felt this was unnecessary. I have also taken the names away from the right flap as the names are on the back. After a few test prints I have adjusted the positioning slightly as well.

I now just need to research poets that can go on the list of names on the covers.

Poems produced for Nature publication:

Poems for Death publication:

Poems for Summer publication:

I now need to think of a way in which the pages can be categorised. I think I will use colour as a way of categorising the individual sheets.
Also, WEBSITE AND WATERSTONES PROMOTION AND CONTEXT DESIGN

categorisation:

gradient square in the top right corner, same shape as the shape featured on the cover.

randomly positioned shape? each sheet it is positioned differently?
bordered?
cornered off, around the name and poet?

half square in corner?
block on the back of the page??
